MMiInformation you choose to share
Our enquiry forms request an adult’s name, email, child’s age range, programme interest, preferred start timing and optional message. Community enquiries also ask whether you want to join or help organise, and optionally your province and district/tambon. We do not ask for your home address. Please do not include children’s full names, identification documents, medical information or other sensitive details.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to respond to your questions, discuss programme suitability and manage your admissions conversation. Community enquiries help us assess local interest and discuss possible groups. We do not publish your location or share contact details with other families without separate permission. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and access
When connected, enquiries are stored using Google Firebase. Visitor reads are denied. School administrators review enquiries in Firebase Console using their authorised project access. Google may process service data under its own terms, and data may be processed outside Thailand depending on the configured location and service.
Your choices
To request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry, contact [email protected] from the address used in your enquiry. You may also withdraw your agreement to further contact. We may need to verify that the request is yours.
Retention
Enquiries should be kept only while needed to handle your request or meet applicable obligations. You may request deletion; no fixed retention period is promised until MMi confirms its operating policy.
Cookies and third-party services
We do not include advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Firebase Authentication may use browser storage to secure form submissions. Fonts and Firebase services may make requests to Google. We save your English/Thai preference in browser storage (mmi-lang). Optional contact preferences and a LINE ID or phone number are stored with your adult enquiry. Listening cards use your browser’s speech service for the displayed phrases only; they do not record you or your child.
Children and consent
This website and its forms are intended for adults. We do not invite children to create accounts or submit information. Any learning participation, recording or child-related information requires a separate parent or caregiver process.
